Dear Nancy,

I would like to take a few minutes to say "thank you" for all that you have done for me in my pursuit of a new career. When my wife and I agreed to relocate to Kansas City so she could accept a job, I needed help putting together a résumé ASAP. I contacted no less than 20 professional writing organizations via the phone and Internet. I received quotes ranging from $500.00 to $1,200 to write a résumé only. Not only were you more reasonable, but you were extremely accommodating. You patiently allowed me to verbally cover all of my experience so that you could transcribe it into a professional document.
