The Professional Edge offers interview coaching to prepare clients for the meeting. Customized questions reflecting client’s occupation and credentials are presented during the practice session, which helps create a polished presentation during the interview. Nancy does not encourage memorization, instead clients are offered suggestions regarding the type of content hiring managers are seeking. Coaching includes advice regarding appropriate length of answers, questions to propose, helpful feedback on handling negative situations, and nonverbal communication. Ms. Hedrick will critique your answers, mannerisms, and eye contact so you can portray your best impression to the interview panel that you face.
